                   AN ORDINANCE TO AMEND ORDINANCE NO. 6958, AS
                   AMENDED, KNOWN AS THE ZONING ORDINANCE, SO AS
                   TO REMOVE CONDITIONS FROM ORDINANCE NO. 8421 ON
                   A TRACT OF LAND LOCATED AT 6350 MIDDLE VALLEY
                   ROAD, BEING ON THE SOUTHEAST LINE OF MIDDLE
                   VALLEY ROAD AT SHELBY CIRCLE, SUBJECT TO
                   CERTAIN CONDITIONS.

              	   SECTION 1.  BE IT ORDAINED BY THE CITY COUNCIL OF THE
         CITY OF CHATTANOOGA, TENNESSEE, That Ordinance No. 6958, as
         amended, known as the Zoning Ordinance, be and the same is 
hereby
         amended so as to remove conditions from Ordinance No. 8421 on:
               
                A tract of land located at 6350 Middle Valley Road,
                being on the southeast line of Middle Valley Road
                at Shelby Circle.  Lot 1, Loy Subdivision, as shown
                by plat of record in plat book 31, page 148, ROHC;
                being the property described in deed book 4485,
                page 35, ROHC.  Tax Map No. 91M-D-1.
               
               
        
              	   SECTION 2.  BE IT FURTHER ORDAINED, That this 
Ordinance
         shall be subject to the following conditions:

              	   1.	Lifting screening requirement only for east side.
              	   2.	All existing easements are retained.
        
              	   SECTION 3.  BE IT FURTHER ORDAINED, That this 
Ordinance
         shall take effect two weeks from and after its passage, as
         required by law.
